Student Publications
Lynbrook High School is the home of several student publications, including The Epic, our student newspaper; Valhalla, our annual yearbook; Aletheia, a publication committed to raising awareness about prevalent issues in the lives of students in our community; and Vertigo, the school's official literary magazine.
Each publication is run by students under the advisement of faculty and staff who help students stay within the guidelines set by district policy, state and federal laws. These publications operate as an extracurricular activity, with the exception of our student newspaper, that is offered as a Journalism class. Students and staff dedicate numerous hours ensuring that the quality of the content and artwork is of high caliber and in many instances, several of our publications have received various awards.
