Senior Awards Night is on June 3rd, 2010.  It is an event showcasing your awards, honors, scholarships received from the colleges/universities you will be attending, and community service rendered as a senior student.  In this regard, make sure the following forms are accomplished and turned in to the College and Career Center no later than Monday May 3rd, 2010.

 Awards Form - List your awards/honors/scholarships for outstanding achievement or talent, including those from outside organizations.  Only include awards/scholarships from the college you will be attending.

Community Service Award - 80 hours of community service from July 1, 2008 to May 1, 2009 with a non-profit organization(s); activities must be summarized on this form and the student must obtain a verification signature and contact number of supervising adult
