One of the most important goals of the Lynbrook PTSA is to support our staff in every way we can.

Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Our wonderful parent body flooded the staff lounge with a much-appreciated variety of specialty dishes and desserts for Staff Appreciation Day (May 15th). It was a fabulous spread and a brief, fun respite for our cherished and hard-working staff. We thank Pot Sticker King, Kumud Indian Groceries, Frankie, Johnny and Luigi Too, and Lakshmi Bazaar for their generous donations and contributions towards this meal.

Thanks to generous donors, Dean MacIntosh and Bob Prizasky, we also held a drawing to pick the lucky winners of two 4-in-1 Epson printers.

Staff benefits

To show our appreciation to our staff we also organize three meals in the year. A welcome back breakfast at the beginning of the school year, and two luncheons – in the winter and spring.

This year we also initiated the practice of welcoming new teachers to our community with a gift certificate to Office Max to help them set up their classrooms.

We strongly encourage all Lynbrook staff and teachers to become PTSA members.

This year, 7 staff members (who are also PTSA members) were the lucky recipients of tickets to the Fremont Union High School Foundation’s Crab Feed!

Also, at the Spring Staff Appreciation Luncheon the PTSA gave away two free printers.
