In addition to your membership, we encourage you to make an additional donation to support the programs offered by the PTSA. Some suggested donation amounts are listed below, but larger donations are always welcome too!

• General PTSA programs and school enhancement fund ($25)
• Teacher’s Wish List and Departmental Donations ($25) --This money goes directly to the classroom to help enhance your child’s education.
• Staff Appreciation Fund ($5) -- Each year PTSA puts together 3 meals, among other things, to show our staff how much we appreciate them!
• Parent/Student Education Seminars ($20) -- These are lively and informative seminars on issues of concern to parents, led by well-respected professionals in the field.

To make a donation, please fill out the second page of the membership form and return it to the PTSA box in the school office with your check. Thank you!

Your donation is tax deductible. PTSA will provide a donation receipt.

Double your contribution!

Many local companies offer matching donations to schools. Some companies match only cash donations while others will also donate cash to match your volunteer hours contributed to the school. Major companies like Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Intel and IBM have matching donation programs. See our list of companies with Matching Gift programs. If your company is not on the list, please check with the HR department at your company to see if it has a matching donations program. If it does, please let us know!

Some companies have a ‘donate in kind’ program where they will donate equipment instead of money. Lynbrook PTSA is happy to accept these types of donations as well.

Did you know that local merchants, especially Safeway, would donate thousands of dollars to Lynbrook each year at no cost to you just because you shop at their stores? Money that Lynbrook High School receives through the eScrip program has been used to support and enhance academic, music, athletic, and other programs. You can help bring more dollars to Lynbrook at no cost to you other than the few minutes it takes to register or update your account.
