The Lynbrook High School music department seeks donations of band and orchestra instruments – working or not – for needy Costa Rican schools. All instruments donated, working or not, will be accepted. There is a need for every musical instrument but smaller ones such as flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets and violins are especially desired. We cannot accept pianos due to shipping costs.

Financial donations also welcome. All donations are tax-deductable.

Michelle Huang, senior flutist at Lynbrook, performed a movement of a jazz flute concerto with the All-Santa Clara County band as part of their concert at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 17^th, at the luxurious McAfee Auditorium on the campus of Saratoga High School.  One tenth of the honor ensemble is Lynbrook students!  Go Lynbrook!
