HSA Nomination Process

One of the ways in which we can thank some of the amazing volunteers who make things happen at our school, is to nominate them for an HSA (Honorary Service Award). This is a California State Award created to recognize, honor and celebrate the difference we can make in our children’s lives through volunteering. Take a minute to tell us about the people whose contributions stand out in your mind – whose time, energy, enthusiasm and dedication have made a program or had a huge, positive impact on our students, school or community.

The Honorary Service Awards (H.S.A.) not only provide an opportunity to recognize outstanding service for the benefit of our youth, but are also a chance to assist young people in achieving a higher education. In honor of the recipient, a contribution is made to the California State PTA Scholarship Fund.

Please complete the
nomination form and return it to the School Office or send an email containing your name, phone number, the name of the person you wish to nominate, and your reasons for nominating that person to Hema Raman by February 27th, 2010.

Staff members are eligible for nomination if there has been service above and beyond that to be expected in the normal course of the job. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
