For outside community groups interested in renting LHS facilities, please go to www.fuhsd.org/facilities for the application and samples of insurance. Please note that the application is two pages and requires a signature on both pages. Once you have everything filled out and signed, you can email, mail or hand carry this information to Linda Sakoda in the Lynbrook Main Office.
After receiving the application, the process of approval will start and upon initial approval, the customer will be notified of rental requirements (insurance needs, fees, deadlines, etc.).
