21st Young Artists Showcase Competition
Congratulations to Irene Han, whose art work, ‘Erasure’, was selected to be featured at the Santa Clara County of Education (SCCOE) 21st Young Artists Showcase and New Museum Los Gatos (NUMU) High School Art Competition. She was one of 24 high school students in Santa Clara to be selected.

Synopsys Championship Awards
Congratulations to Lynbrook STEM for taking home 44 awards from 1st place in category to Special Awards from Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association Synopsys Science Fair. Lynbrook also has a Grand Prize Winner Matthew Hase-Liu who will compete in Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. A special thanks to the following teachers for mentoring these students: Jason Lee, Nicole Della Santina, Kenny Iams, Mark Kwong, Lester Leung , Kathleen Loia, Isaac Pallone, George Peck, and Roy Rocklin.

Lynbrook Students Win the National Japan Bowl in Washington DC
Lynbrook won the National Championship Japan Bowl competition in Washinton DC on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Congratulations to the following students: Sophia Yuan, Kevin Liu and Ashley Gong from level three team won the National Japan Bowl championship, Sunhoo Ahn, Lauren Okamoto and Han Lin from level two team finished 3rd in the nation. Special thanks to Sensei Kumi Kobayashi and Sensei Jeremy Kitchen for helping make this trip possible.
Art Show: April 10 - May 12
Explore a wide range of artwork made by students from across the Fremont Union High School District at the FUHSD Annual Art Show from April 10th through May 12th at the district office, 589 W. Fremont Avenue, Sunnyvale. The artwork can be viewed weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. An artist's reception will be held on May 2nd from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. This event is open to the public.
